North Village Studio is North Omaha's premier recording studio. We are equipped for small projects, voice overs, radio spots, "live" recording, choirs, bands, gospel, hip hop, rap, and much more. You will find The Zone comfortable, affordable, and passionate about making your vision become reality.
"Live" or Studio Options
At North Village Studio, you have an option to record a full studio project, or to record a "live" project in either our 200 seat or 75 seat auditorium located right in our facility.
Through our consultation process we can evalutate what might be the best option for you and your band.
You get full production covering the recording of your project, mastering, graphic design of your cd, and duplication of your final project.
You are unique, and your sound is unique. We have the team that can assist you from start to finish to make sure the end result reflects you in every way.
Our pricing is straight forward.
Package A, $1,800 - 10 songs, 40 hours of recording or two nights of "live" recording, 10 hours of mixing, artwork, 100 cd's
Package B, $1,000 - 5 songs, 20 hours recording or 1 night of "live" recording, 5 hours of mixing, artwork, 50 cd's
Package C - $40 per hour; you are responsible for all graphic design, mastering, and replication.
*Additional Musicians - $150 per song
*Additional CD Duplication - minimum 50 cd's @ 2.00 per cd
*You are responsible for securing Mechanical Licenses for all songs that you did not write. Licenses must be confirmed before recording will begin.

Graphic Design
You will have the opportunity to work with one of our Graphic Design Specialists who will capture the vision you have for your project so it will communicate you and your sound.

Replication Services
You will not have to wait for your product to be shipped to you as your project will be duplicated right here in North Omaha.
